In just her second start and third appearance on the season, Duryea faced 33 shots and totaled 11 saves while helping the Blue Devil defense hold Georgetown under their goals per game average coming into the contest. The rookie from Beverly, Mass. came up with stops at critical points in the tight game, with none bigger than her save on a Hoya free position attempt with five seconds remaining in regulation.
Duryea currently leads all goalkeepers in the Atlantic Coast Conference with an average of 10.33 saves per game. She also ranks second in the conference in save percentage with a .525 clip and is ninth in goals against average (11.20).
