Ibeagha Plays the Full 90 Minutes Against Mexico

KENNESAW, Ga.-Duke University freshman Sebastien Ibeagha played the full 90 minutes with the United States Under-20 Men's Soccer National Team in the final game of the Torneo de las Americas. The Americans tied rival Mexico 1-1 and eventually lost in a penalty kick shootout.

Ibeagha helped anchor the defense for the second consecutive game at center back. The United States also played Colombia in the two-game event and earned a 1-1 tie in the first contest as well.

A native of Houston, Texas, Ibeagha started 16 games for Duke's defense. He helped lead the Blue Devils to a 10-6-4 overall record and earned ACC All-Freshman team recognition.
