To qualify, a student-athlete must maintain a 3.25 grade point average and either be ranked nationally during the indoor season or participate in any round of the NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships.

In addition to the individual honors, both the men’s and women’s squads ranked among the top 10 teams to earn All-Academic honors for posting cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher.  The men’s team ranked sixth overall with a team GPA of 3.401 while the women’s team ranked eighth overall with a cumulative GPA of 3.525.
