2014-15: Raced twice during the 2014 cross country season, highlighted by a fifth-place performance at the JMU Invitational (9/13) with a 8K time of 25:12.50...also took 73rd at the Panorama Farms Invitational (9/26), clocking an 8K time of 26:05.27…served as one Duke’s top distance runners during the 2015 indoor and outdoor seasons…Indoors, voted as the MVP of the men’s team…made history by setting the school record in the mile, running a 3:59.95 to place eighth at the Iowa State Classic (2/14)…became the first Blue Devil to run a mile under four minutes…took home the silver medal in the mile and earned first team All-ACC honors at the ACC Indoor Championships (2/28), crossing the finish line in 4:03.15...finished first in the mile at both the Carolina Cup (1/16) and Hokie Invitational (1/23)…claimed first team All-America accolades as part of the seventh-place finishing distance medley relay team at the NCAA Indoor Championships (3/13)…ran the 1,600-meter anchor leg to help the Blue Devils combine for a 9:39.32 performance…earned a spot on the All-ACC second team after helping the DMR place second at the ACC Indoor Championships (2/26) with a time of 9:43.15…ran leadoff for the DMR that placed sixth at the Armory Invitational (1/31) with a  9:36.47, the second-fastest time in Duke history…Outdoors, ran a season-best 3:43.78 in the 1,500 to finish runner-up at the Georgia Tech Invite…took eighth in the event at the ACC Outdoor Championships, clocking a 3:45.73 in prelims and a 3:48.88 in the finals…finished 28th in the 1,500 at the NCAA East Preliminary Round (5/28) with a 3:50.89 showing…won the mile at the Duke Invitational (4/11) after crossing the finish line in 4:07.36…took first in his lone 800 of the season, running a 1:53.04 at the VertKlasse Meeting (4/4)…anchored Duke’s 4x800 team to an eighth-place showing at the Penn Relays (4/25) with a combined time 7:25.39, the third-fastest mark all-time by a Duke relay…earned a spot on the All-ACC Academic Men’s Indoor Track & Field Team for the third time in as many years…named to the ACC Academic Honor Roll for the fourth straight year.

2013-14: Participated in three competitions during the fall, including a fifth-place finish at the Royal Cross Country Challenge (10/11)…also saw a top-10 finish at the Three Stripe Invitational (11/9), placing sixth overall…set a personal-record for 8K at the Furman XC Challenge, finishing 33rd overall in a time of 25:04.00…Indoors, placed seventh in the 1,500 at the ACC Championships (3/1)…recorded first-place finishes in the mile at the Dick Taylor Challenge (1/24), the Armory Collegiate Invitational (2/8) and the Virginia Tech Invitational (1/17)…personal-best mile time of 4:09.26 came at the Armory Collegiate Invitational (2/8)...ran the third leg of Duke’s first-place finishing 4x800 relay that ran the fourth-fastest time in Duke history, 7:30.06, at the Millrose Games (2/15)…Outdoors, placed sixth in the 1,500 at the ACC Outdoor Championships (4/19)…ran his personal-best time of 3:44.48 in the same event at the Virginia Challenge (5/10)…qualified for the NCAA East Preliminary Round meet in the 1,500, placing 15th in a time of 3:47.64…named to the Indoor and Outdoor All-ACC Academic Team.

2012-13: Competed three times during the fall, with his highest finish coming in a 10th-place showing at the Three Stripe Invitational ... took 11th at the Great American Cross Country Festival with a 26:45.9 clocking over 8K...Indoors, served as the 1,200 meter leg in the men’s distance medley that combined for a time of 9:46.77 to finish third at the ACC Indoor Championships…also competed on the team that clocked a 9:41.40 at the Alex Wilson Invite to finish 23rd in the field and third on Duke's all-time list…member of the school record breaking 4x800 relay that finished second at the Millrose Games with a time of 7:26.88…individually, focused on the mile run where he finished second at the Virginia Tech Invitational with a time of 4:13.36…also finished fifth in the 1,000 at the Armory Collegiate with a time of 2:25.98…garnered All-ACC Academic honors…Outdoors, qualified for his first career ACC final in the 1,500, finishing sixth overall with a personal-best time of 3:46.06…qualified for the NCAA East First Round in the same event, finishing 45th overall with a time of 3:56.18…member of the 4xmile relay that ranks fifth on Duke’s all-time list, clocking a combined time of 16:37.52 at the Raleigh Relays to finish eighth in the field.

2011-12: Made his Duke debut at the NC Central Dual, where he finished third in a time of 12:05 on the 4K course...turned in a top-25 showing at the James Madison Invitational to help the Blue Devils finish first as a team...personal best for 8K came at the Great American Cross Country Festival, where he clocked 25:45.0 to come in seventh...indoors, participated on several relay teams including leading off a distance medley squad with a 2:58 split which set the team up for a third place finish at the ACC Indoor Championships...also ran the third leg in squads that placed first at the Hokie Invitational and Dick Taylor Invitational...outdoors, competed primarily in the 1,500m, running a personal best 3:50.50 at the Raleigh Relays...ran a 3:51.79 at the ACC Outdoor Championships to finish 24th...lead-off leg of the 4xmile relay team that placed ninth at the Penn Relays and the 4x1500m relay team that took first at the Raleigh Relays...named to the ACC Academic Honor Roll.

Prior to Duke: Lettered four years at Conrad Weiser...took second in the mile run at the indoor state meet...was the runner-up in the 1,600m at the outdoor state championships as a senior...county record-holder in the 1,600m and 4x800m relay...led his cross country squad to three county championships and two district titles...also lettered one year in wrestling...was a sectional champion on the mat...a member of the Na tional Honor Society and the Junior Classical League.
