ANTALYA, Turkey – Duke University freshman Celine Boutier carded a three-under-par, 69, on Friday to move into a tie for third place overall at the World Team Amateur Championship at the Gloria Golf Club Old and New Courses in Antalya, Turkey. 

Representing France, Boutier opened her round with bogeys in two out of her first three holes, but regrouped to play her final 15 holes at five-under-par.  A native of Montrouge, France, Boutier carded birdies on No. 8, No. 11 and then three straight from holes 15-17. She has notched a total of 10 birdies over the first two days of action. 

Leading the individual play is Hyo-Joo Kim of republic of Korea and Lydia Ko of New Zealand with a five-under-par, 139.  Boutier along with Kotone Hori of Japan and Katia Pogacar of Slovenia are tied for third with a 140. 

In the team standings, Boutier and her team from France is tied for eighth with a 287.  Republic of Korea continues to lead with a 280, while Germany (285), Canada (285), Japan (285), Australia (285), New Zealand (285), Spain (286), Finland (287), France (287), England (288) and Sweden (288) rounded out the top 10. 

A product of Bogota, Colombia, Alejandra Cangrejo turned in a four-over-par, 76, on Friday and is now tied for 46th with a 148.  Her Colombia squad is tied for 28th overall with a 299.
