DURHAM, N.C.-- Senior Lindy Duncan is closing out one of the best collegiate careers in Duke and Division I history as the Blue Devils travel to Athens, Ga., for the NCAA Championship from May 21-24. The three-time All-America, four-time All-ACC selection, three-time ACC Player of the Year, three-time All-ACC Academic Team and reigning National Player of the Year will look to lead the Blue Devils to a sixth NCAA title on the University of Georgia Golf Course.
Over the last four seasons, Duncan has compiled a 72.14 stroke average, six victories, 20 top five finishes, 31 top 10 placements, 38 top 20 finishes, 68 even or under par rounds and notched 23 rounds in the 60s. She has been Duke’s top scorer in 26 of her 42 tournaments since arriving in Durham.
Duncan, who is out of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., will leave Duke as one of the most decorated women’s golfers in school history.
