2014-15: Duke’s starter at 157 pounds … NCAA qualifier after earning an at-large bid … Finished the year with a 25-12 overall record and 3-2 mark in ACC duals … Compiled a 12-6 dual record … Took home top honors at the Wolfpack Open … Finished third at the Hokie Open … Went 2-5 against ranked opponents … Posted a 2-1 record against Big Ten foes … Upset No. 8 seed John Boyle of American at the NCAA Championships … Garnered ACC victories against North Carolina, Pittsburgh and NC State … Defeated Wolfpack foe Chad Pyke to help Duke post the 18-17 victory … Finished the season with 39 points in dual matches, ranking third on the team, while his 25 wins ranked second … ACC Academic Honor Roll … Awarded the Heidrick Family Leadership Post Graduate Scholarship for his leadership and work within the Duke and Durham communities.
2013-14: Duke’s starter at 157 pounds … NCAA Championships qualifier … Registered a career-best 26-13 overall record … Went 15-6 in dual matches and 5-1 in ACC duals … Posted a 5-1 mark against Big Ten foes … Took third at the ACC Championships with a 14-5 major decision over No. 4 seed Sal Mastriani of Virginia Tech … Took sixth at the Hokie Open … Advanced to the second day of wrestling at the NCAA Championships … Posted three ranked victories and seven major decisions on the year.
