DURHAM, N.C. - Just days after the Blue Devils topped Gardner-Webb for their fifth consecutive victory, the Duke University wrestling team looks to extend its streak Saturday as it takes on reigning conference champion Maryland Saturday, Feb. 9, at 1 p.m. in Card Gymnasium.

Bout Details
The dual between Duke and Maryland set for 1 p.m. will feature a live video stream from the Blue Devil Network as well as live scoring available free of charge. Additionally, fans will be able to follow along with the match on twitter (@Duke_WRES). For fans in Durham, admission to the bout is free.

Series History
Duke and Maryland will meet for the 68th time in program history Saturday with the Terrapins leading the all-time series 57-9-1. The Terrapins are in the midst of a seven bout win streak over the Blue Devils dating back to 2006, but Duke has tallied a 2-3 record in the previous five matches held in Durham, N.C.
Last season, the Terrapins defeated the Blue Devils, 22-12, in College Park, Md.

Streaking
The Blue Devils have won five consecutive matches, the longest streak since the 2002-03 season and the second longest in program history, just one win behind the all-time record of six consecutive wins in the 1928 season. Duke owns wins over Appalachian State, Boston University, SIUE, Davidson and Gardner-Webb over the past two weeks to move to 7-5 overall for the year, including a perfect 2-0 mark at home. Duke's last loss was Jan. 20 at No. 11 Virginia. Three Blue Devils, redshirt-freshmen Trey Adamson and Marcus Cain and sophomore Tanner Hough, all own a five-match win streak of their own as well. Redshirt sophomore Immanuel Kerr-Brown is coming off of a big win against Gardner-Webb's top wrestler, an opponent who he lost to by major decision last season.

A Look at Maryland
The Terrapins enter Saturday's meet with a 10-7 overall record, including a 1-2 ledger in the ACC, most recently falling to Virginia Feb. 1 by a score of 21-19. The trip to Durham will be the first of a three-match road trip for the Terps, in which Maryland will also face N.C. State Saturday before competing Feb. 17-18 at the NWCA/Cliff Keen National Duals in Columbia, Mo.  The Terrapins have tallied a 1-2 record on the road this season, but have not had a dual meet away from College Park since Jan. 5, where the Terrapins fell to Bloomsburg, 22-15. Maryland is led by junior Jimmy Sheptock and freshman Shyheim Brown who have tallied 30 and 28 wins respectively on the season. The heavier weights anchor the Maryland lineup as the Terrapins feature three top-15 wrestlers at 174, 184 and 197 with Josh Asper topping out at No. 6.
