A product of Hawthorn Woods, Ill., Redlicki and doubles partner Jason Tahir posted a 2-0 record from the No. 1 and No. 2 positions in the lineup. The duo defeated Tennessee's Edward Jones and John Collins, 8-2, Friday on court two, while clinching the doubles point for the team from the No. 1 position against Michigan's No. 30 pair of Evan King and Shaun Bernstein, 8-5, Sunday. In the squad's second match Sunday against N.C. Central, Redlicki teamed with fellow freshman Daniel McCall at the No. 2 spot in the lineup and once again clinched the doubles point with an 8-2 win over Daniil Gerasimov and Jose Fabara.
Meanwhile in singles, Redlicki clinched the team's 5-2 win over 21st-ranked Wolverines Sunday from the No. 2 position in the lineup, posting a win in straight sets, 6-2, 6-4, over Alex Petrone. The rookie defeated Jose Fabara of N.C. Central, 6-1, 6-0, in the team's 7-0 sweep over the Eagles.
The Blue Devils will return to action against No. 8 Oklahoma at the ITA National Team Indoors, played from Feb. 15-18 in Seattle, Wash. The team posted a 3-1 record at the event last season.
