2012-13: Indoors, specialized in the 3,000 meter, running a personal best time of 8:07.51 to finish sixth at the Husky Classic…ranks fourth on Duke’s all-time performance list in the 3,000…anchored the distance medley relay that finished third at the 2013 ACC Championships with a time of 9:46.77 and ran the third fastest time in school history, clocking 9:41.40 at the Alex Wilson Invitational…earned All-ACC Academic honors for his performance on the track and in the classroom...Outdoors, focused on the 5,000, breaking the 14 minute barrier to win the event at the Duke Invitational by crossing the line in 13:59.02…ranks fifth on Duke’s all-time list in the event and finished fourth in the event at the ACC Outdoor Championships, running a time of 14:02.80…qualified for the NCAA East First Round where he finished 33rd with a time of 14:32.07.

2010-11: Finished third in 24:49.2 over 8K at the Wake Forest Dual to open the cross country season ... took sixth as Duke's third man at the Panorama Farms Invitational, running a personal-best 24:15.65 over 8K ... ran a 24:49.1 for 8K as the team came in fifth place at the ACC Cross Country Championships ... led the Blue Devils with a 19th-place showing at the NCAA Southeast Regional, clocking a personal-best 30:59.2 over 10K ... was the team's third finisher at the NCAA Championships with a mark of 31:17.7 for 10K to take 110th ... indoors, turned in an 8:18.08 performance for 3,000m at the Armory Collegiate to place sixth ... did not compete during the outdoor season.

2008-09: Finished second in Virginia in his cross country debut with a 25:16 time for 8K ... missed the middle of the season due to illness, but returned in November to earn All-East honors with a 24th-place effort at the IC4A Championships ... redshirted the indoor season ... outdoors, took second in his 3,000m debut at the Duke Invitational with a personal-best 8:25.57 ... finished in 10th place at the ACC Championships in the 5,000m with a 14:43.97 ... five days later, lowered time to a personal-best 14:28.38 at the Penn Relays, capturing the bronze medal in the Penn College 5,000m to qualify for the IC4A's ... concluded the season at the USATF Junior Nationals on June 28th.
Prior to Duke: Led Loyola to the California State Division-2 title, qualifying for the Nike Team Nationals in Portland, Ore. ... placed eighth as an individual as his team also finished in eighth place.
