DURHAM, N.C. – The Duke women’s tennis team concluded the 2012-13 campaign with four players nationally ranked in singles, as well as four doubles tandems listed in the final Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) rankings, as announced by the organization Wednesday.

Junior Hanna Mar finished the season with a No. 32 ranking after playing to a 24-10 mark throughout the season. Mar, named to the 2013 All-ACC squad, posted a team-high 10 wins against ranked opponents, highlighted by capturing the singles title at the ITA Regionals in October.

A product of Brooklyn, N.Y., sophomore Ester Goldfeld completed the campaign 55th in the listing. Goldfield, named to the 2013 All-ACC squad, completed the season with 18 wins, including 11 throughout the dual season before being sidelined due to injury.

Senior Mary Clayton, the winner of the Regional ITA/Cissie Leary Award for Sportsmanship and an All-ACC selection, concluded her final season at Duke listed at No. 107 in the final rankings. Meanwhile, junior Marianne Jodoin completed her first season as a Blue Devil with a team-leading 30 wins and was listed at No. 112.

In doubles, the Blue Devils boast four ranked pairs in the final ledger, led by the 26th-ranked tandem of Clayton and Goldfeld. Playing to an undefeated 7-0 mark throughout the season, Goldfeld and Mar concluded the season listed 44th, while Goldfeld and Annie Mulholland finished with a No. 56 listing. In addition, the duo of Mulholland and Jodoin were listed 81st in the final rankings.

Duke overcame an injury plagued 2012-13 campaign to finish with a 16-10 ledger and advanced to the Round of 16 for the sixth consecutive season.
