2009: NCAA Individual Singles Champion ... Became the first ACC women’s tennis player to win both the individual and team national titles ... She is just the seventh rookie to win the individual singles title ... Earned All-America honors ... Helped lead Duke to the 2009 National Championship a the top singles player ... Named the ITA National Player of the Year ... Earned the Honda Award for women’s tennis ... Finished the year ranked first in the ITA rankings ... Named the ACC Rookie of the Year and to the All-ACC team ... Voted as the ITA Southeast Region Rookie of the Year ... Compiled a 32-4 overall record after joining the team in January of 2009 ... Posted a record of 24-4 at the No. 1 singles spot ... She was 16-4 against nationally-ranked foes and went 10-1 against ACC competition ...
