Paige, a native of Monroe, La., attended the University of Tennessee from 2007-2009, where he played for the football team. As a member of the Vols, Paige became SEC East Champion and won the 2007 Outback Bowl.

In 2009, Paige transferred to Louisiana Tech where he helped lead the Bulldogs to the 2011 WAC Championship. In addition to playing football at Louisiana Tech, Paige worked as an Intern for Athletic Director Bruce Van De Velde. Paige graduated from Louisiana Tech in 2009 with a degree in Sociology.

Paige currently resides in Durham, N.C., with his son Kendal Lee.
