Darryl Harris joined the Duke sports performance staff in July, 2013 and works with the Blue Devils' football program.
Prior to coming to Durham, Harris spent three years as an offensive lineman with the NFL's Kansas City Chiefs. He also played for the UFL's Sacramento Mountain Lions during the 2012 season.
A native of Clarksdale, Miss., Harris received his Bachelor of Applied Science in exercise science from the University of Mississippi in 2008. He was a five-year letterman in football for Ole Miss, playing on the 2003 and 2008 Cotton Bowl championship teams. Harris was the recipient of the J. Richard Price Courage and Compassion Award in 2008, in addition to earning a spot on the SEC Honor Roll three times during his collegiate career.
