Pat Neal joined the Duke athletics staff in October of 1984 and serves as a staff assistant in the business office.

A native of Chester, S.C., Neal handles business operations for Duke's olympic sports while overseeing the payroll operation for the athletic tutoring program.

Neal and her husband, Wayne, reside in Durham and have one son and two granddaughters.
