2011-12: Specialized in butterfly and middle-distance freestyle events during his senior season ... qualified for the finals in two events at the 2012 ACC Championships, finishing 21st in the 200 fly with a personal-best time of 1:51.31 ... also placed 24th in the conference in the 100 fly at 50.06 ... recorded a new personal best in the 100 fly prelims at ACCs, touching in 49.36 ... helped the 800 free relay take eighth at the ACC meet in a 6:38.49 clocking for Duke's top time of the season in that event and an NCAA 'B' cut ... notched a pair of top-20 performances at the Nike Cup Invitational, claiming 15th in the 100 fly (50.64) and 16th in the 200 free (1:43.10) ... also guided the 200 medley and 200 free relay teams to a pair of sixth-place showings at the Nike Cup Invitational ... touched second in the 100 fly (50.06) and 200 fly (1:52.68) in the season opener at Maryland ... team co-captain for the 2011-12 season.

2009-10: Began his career at Duke with a fourth-place finish in the 1,000-meter free against UNC Wilmington (9:51.66) ... season-best finish came against rival North Carolina, a second-place performance in the 200 free with a time of 1:25.42 ... named to the ACC Academic Honor Roll.
2008-09 (University of Washington): Opened his collegiate career against California, competing in the 500 free (4:43.63) and 1,000 free (9:36.14) ... improved both times against Texas, posting a 4:39.57 in the 500 free and a 9:35.80 in the 1,000 ... swam the 200 free (1:46.00), 1,650 free (16:07.95), and 100 back (56.32) at the Texas A&M Invitational on just two days of rest ... notched collegiate personal bests in every event he swam at the Husky Invitational, including the 200 free (1:41.91), the 500 free (4:30.92) and the 1,650 free (15:49.84) ... placed 17th at the Pac-10 Championships in the 1,650 free with a time of 15:54.28 ... touched the wall in 20th in the 500 free at the conference championship meet, posting a time of 4:30.04.
