Adam Miller joined the Duke Sports Information staff in August 2011. His primary duty involves handling the media relations responsibilities for the women's tennis program.
Prior to working at Duke, Miller served as a sports information intern at Marist College where he worked closely with the women's water polo team. He also assisted as an undergraduate student-worker in the sports information department at Saint Leo University, working primarily with the baseball team.
Miller graduated from Saint Leo University in 2011 with a degree in sport business. While attending Saint Leo, he served as the Vice President of the Sport Business Association during his sophomore and junior years. In 2009, Miller helped Saint Leo's sport business program win a national case study competition hosted by the Sport Marketing Association on the subject of consumer and market research for the NBA's Charlotte Bobcats.
Miller, a member of the Collegiate Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) and a native of Newburgh, N.Y., currently resides in Durham.
