DURHAM, N.C.— Prior to leaving campus, Duke rising junior Kaitlyn Kerr sat down with GoDuke.com to talk about her rehab, workouts this spring and how excited she is for the 2012 campaign.
Kerr, who is a native of Bensalem, Pa., is coming off a breakout sophomore campaign where she collected 11 goals, five assists and 27 points from the midfield position. For her efforts, Kerr was named third team All-America and first team All-ACC. Kerr had surgery on her knee during the offseason and was forced to miss the spring season. She is expected to be ready for preseason practice in August when the Blue Devils return.
