DURHAM, N.C. – Duke freshman Mollie Pathman and recent signee Kelly Cobb have both been invited to train with the U-20 Women’s National Team from Feb. 13-20 at Chula Vista, Calif.

Pathman will enter her second training session with the U-20 squad since January, after playing on the U-20 team this past summer that traveled to Germany for the 2010 U-20 Women’s World Cup.  The squad advanced to the quarterfinals.

As a freshman at Duke, Pathman registered eight goals, five assists and 21 points, which ranked second on the Blue Devil squad.  The 5-3 midfielder/forward started 19 of her 20 matches played and led Duke with three multi-goal performances.  Pathman was an All-ACC second team selection, TopDrawerSoccer.com All-Rookie Team honoree and a Soccer America All-Freshman team selection this past season.

A product of Chugiak, Alaska, Cobb signed a national letter of intent to play for the Blue Devils next fall.  The 5-9 forward currently attends Chugiak H.S. and plays for the Crossfire Premier “91” Girls club team, where she was a 2009 and 2010 NSCAA Youth All-America and 2010 Parade All-America selection.  In January of 2010, Cobb last trained with the U-18 Women’s National Team.
