DURHAM, N.C.— Sophomore Erin Koballa of the Duke women’s soccer team sat down with GoDuke.com this week to talk about this past season, playing against her sister and what she enjoys doing outside of soccer, among other topics.

Koballa, who is from Wrightsville Beach, N.C., started 22 of the 23 games played last year on the defensive end for the Blue Devils.  She was a part of a defensive unit that tallied 10 shutouts and assisted on one other goal.  Koballa helped lead the Blue Devils to the NCAA Tournament Sweet 16 this past year as Duke registered an 11-8-4 overall record.
