DURHAM, N.C.— Duke University sophomore Rebecca Quinn is one of 21 players heading to Winnipeg, MB, Canada with Canada’s Women’s National Team as it prepares to face the United States Thursday, May 8 at 8:00 p.m. (EST) at Investors Group Field.  The contest will be aired live on ESPN3 and www.espnW.com.

The match will mark the second meeting of the season between the two countries with the United States pulling out a 1-0 victory in Texas.

Quinn will make her second appearance with the national team as she also competed in three contests with Canada’s National Team at the Cyprus Cup in Europe recently.

A product of Toronto, Canada, Quinn started the first four matches of her collegiate career at Duke before being saddled with injuries. After being injured against New Mexico on Sept. 1, Quinn only played in three other matches the rest of the season.  The midfielder collected one assist against Boston College.
