DURHAM, N.C.— Duke University sophomore women’s soccer standout Rebecca Quinn started for the Canada National Team Thursday versus the United States and played the entire 90 minutes of action as the match concluded in a 1-1 draw at the Investors Group Field in Winnipeg, MB, Canada.

Quinn, who is out of Toronto, Canada, was seeing action for the second time with Canada’s National Team and made her first start.  Canada went ahead 1-0 in the first half on a goal by Kadeisha Buchanan in the 35th minute.  The United States evened the match in the 78th minute as Sydney Leroux scored.

Overall, Quinn has competed in four matches with Canada’s National Team over the last couple of months.
