2013-14: In the fall, paced the Blue Devils to a fourth-place showing at the Virginia/Panorama Farms Invitational (9/28), placing fifth overall in an 8K personal-best time of 23:56.8…narrowly missed earning All-ACC honors at the ACC Championships (11/1), placing 22nd overall with a time of 24:41.4…Indoors, opened the season by earning first-place finishes for 3,000m at the Dick Taylor Challenge (1/24) and the Virginia Tech Invitational (1/18)…qualified for the ACC Indoor Championships, placing fifth overall in the 5,000 with a converted time of 13:58.67…Outdoors, qualified for the ACC Outdoor Championships (4/19) for 5,000m, placing 10th overall in a time of 14:13.47…also qualified for the NCAA East Preliminary Round meet (5/31), placing 22nd overall at 5,000m.

2012-13: Returned from injury in strong fashion, leading the Duke men at three meets on the fall ... placed 179th at the 2012 NCAA Championships with a time of 31:25.8 over 10K ... guided Duke to a fifth-place showing at the NCAA Southeast Region Championships, coming in 27th overall at 30.50.63 ... garnered the first All-ACC honors of his career with a ninth-place finish at the conference championships ... clocked a personal-best 23:58.0 to come in 39th at the NCAA Pre-Nationals meet ... tabbed the squad’s MVP at the conclusion of the fall ... named to the All-ACC Academic Cross Country team...continued building on strong performances on the track where he bumped up to longer distances…indoors, focused mainly on the 5,000 where he set a new Duke record at the ACC Indoor Championships with a time of 14:02.63 to finish third in the field and garner All-ACC honors…also ran a personal best time of 8:07.91 in the 3,000 at the Armory Collegiate to finish third in the event and fifth on Duke’s all-time list…served as Duke’s top performer in the mile by clocking a personal best time of 4:09.11…Outdoors, competed in the 10,000 for the first time in his career at the ACC Outdoor Championships where he finished third in 30:06.35 to garner All-ACC honors…ran the event again at the Virginia Challenge where he clocked a personal best time of 29:39.49…qualified for the NCAA East First Round in the event and finished 32nd in 30:40.52.

2010-11: In the fall, ran a season-best 24:56.93 over 8K to take 23rd at the Panorama Farms Invitational...was Duke's top finisher at the IC4A Championships, clocking 25:03.5 to place third and help the Blue Devils win their third-straight IC4A title...also earned All-East accolades for his performance...started the indoor season with a 10th-place showing in the mile at the Virginia Tech Invitational, posting a time of 4:16.20...ran a personal-best 8:13.71 over 3,000m to finish 12th at the ACC Indoor Championships...also competed on the indoor DMR squad...outdoors, recorded a personal-best 8:27.36 in the 3,000m at the Tiger Track Classic...garnered All-East honors with an eighth-place performance in the 5,000m at the IC4A Championships, running a personal-best 14:09.67...advanced to the NCAA First Round in the 5,000m, clocking 14:53.40 to place 20th...ran the third leg of the winning 4x1,500m relay squad at the Raleigh Relays (15:41.38).

2009-10: Made his Duke cross country debut on Oct. 2 at the Great American XC Festival, where he placed fifth in 24:39 over 8K...placed 15th at the IC4A Championships to garner All-East accolades and help Duke to back-to-back team titles...indoors, ran a season-best 4:14.51 over one mile at the ACC Championships...outdoors, won the 3,000m at the Carolina Fast Times, clocking 8:31.17...came in second in the same event at the Duke Invitational on Apr. 3 with a season-best 8:29.79...finished second in the 5,000m at the Duke Twilight, running 14:39.24...competed in the same event at the ACC Championships, where he placed 15th in 14:49.16.
