GoDuke.com: Name your three favorite things about being a student-athlete at Duke.
Justin Foxx: Playing in Wallace Wade, the friendships I’ve made with my teammates and the Duke community in general.
GoDuke.com: What is your favorite ‘on-the-field’ memory?
JF: The win against North Carolina.
GoDuke.com: What is your favorite ‘off-the-field’ memory?
JF: Just hanging out with my teammates in the dorm room. I’m going to miss that a lot next year.
GoDuke.com: What are three things that motivate you to perform?
JF: Being there for my team, my parents and then my love for the game.
GoDuke.com: What are three foods you can’t live without?
JF: Shrimp, baby back ribs and some good macaroni and cheese.
GoDuke.com: Describe Coach David Cutcliffe in three words.
JF: A fearless competitor.
GoDuke.com: What are three places you would travel to if you could?
JF: I’ve always wanted to go to Paris, Italy and I’ll just hang out in California.
GoDuke.com: What are three things you would do if you had a day off of practice and class?
JF: Sleep, draw – I like to draw in my sketchbook a lot – and I’d probably end up watching football or basketball.
GoDuke.com: Who are three people – living or dead – who you’d have dinner with?
JF: I’d have to go with Floyd Mayweather, Zoe Saldana and Reggie White.
