Parking and Traffic Alert – Saturday, November 3rd

Football vs. Clemson – 7:00 PM – Wallace Wade Stadium - ESPN2
Swimming Meet –11:00 AM – Taishoff Aquatics Pavilion

DURHAM, N.C. - Please be advised that there will be several large athletic events on Saturday, November 3rd, including Swimming and Diving hosting a home meet at 11:00 AM in the Taishoff Aquatic Pavilion and Football hosting Clemson at 7:00 PM in Wallace Wade Stadium to a national TV audience.   These events will significantly affect traffic flow and parking in and around Duke’s West Campus between the hours of 9:00 AM and 11:00 PM.  Please plan extra time in your travels and abide by the direction of parking and traffic staff set-up on and around campus. Staff will be posted to aid with your ingress and egress from parking areas and campus roadways. 

Iron Duke Football parking operations will operate normally for fans with a Football Iron Duke parking pass.  All Iron Duke Lots will open at 6:00 AM on Saturday.  
Fans attending the swimming meet or those without a Football Iron Duke parking pass will need to park in the general public parking lots on Circuit Drive or Anderson Street.  The charge to park is $10 for regular sized vehicles and $50 for recreational or oversized vehicles – CASH ONLY.  Recreational or oversized vehicles can only park in the Small Circuit Lot.  The Chemistry lot and the Small Circuit general public parking lots will open at 7:00 AM.  The remainder of general public lots will open at 3:00 PM. 

Parking for Persons with Disabilities for swimming will be available in the Whitford Drive Lot from 9:00 AM until 11:30 AM.  Parking for Persons with Disability for the football game will be in the Blue Zone Lots beginning at 6:00 AM.  An accessible drop-off and pick-up point for persons with disabilities for swimming is located on Whitford Drive.  An accessible drop-off and pick-up point for persons with disabilities for football is located in the Blue Zone Lots outside the East Gate of the stadium.  To access these drop-off points, please notify the attendant at the entrance of the Whitford Drive Lot and Blue Zone Lots. 

Swimming Team Buses, Vans, and Meet Officials will all park on Whitford Drive.
