DURHAM -- A new feature to GoDuke.com in 2013 is the Training Camp Insider, hosted by Hall of Fame radio announcer Bob Harris. The audio segments will provide Duke fans with an in-depth look at the program during preseason practice.
Today's edition features center
Matt Skura, a redshirt sophomore who has been given the task of filling the shoes of departed veteran
Brian Moore. Skura walks us through how his experience at guard helped him become a more versatile lineman and discusses Duke's progression as a program since his enrollment.
The Voice of the Blue Devils for the past 37 seasons, Harris enters the 2013 season having called 419 consecutive football games. He is a three-time North Carolina Broadcaster of the Year honoree, having received the award in 1988, 1991 and 2011.
Duke opens the season on Saturday, August 31, against N.C. Central in Wallace Wade Stadium. Kickoff is at 4 p.m., and tickets are available at www.GoDuke.com/tickets or by calling (919) 681-BLUE.
