• Riding a five-game winning streak, Duke will celebrate Senior Day by hosting No. 24 Miami on Saturday in Wallace Wade Stadium ... Kickoff is set for 3:30 p.m. ... The game will be broadcast live by ESPNU with Anish Shroff (play-by-play) and Kelly Stouffer (analyst)   

• Duke’s five-game winning streak is the longest since the 1994 squad won its first seven games

• The Blue Devils stand at 7-2 (3-2 ACC) after defeating N.C. State, 38-20, last week ... The Hurricanes are 7-2 (3-2 ACC) after falling, 42-24, to Virginia Tech this past Saturday

• Saturday’s game will mark the 11th on the gridiron between the two schools ... Miami leads the all-time series by a 9-1 count ... The series began in 1976 with a 20-7 Duke victory ... Miami has won nine straight including a 52-45 shootout last year

• The Blue Devils received votes in both polls this week, earning 22 total points in the USA Today Coaches poll (up from 11 last week) while receiving 11 votes in the Associated Press poll (up from 1 last week)

• Duke S DeVon Edwards became the program’s second National Defensive Player of the Week pick by the Walter Camp Foundation following his performance against N.C. State ... Edwards became the first player nationally to score three non-offensive TDs since 2003 by returning one kickoff 100 yards for a score and adding two interception returns for TDs ... LB Kelby Brown earned the honor following the Virginia Tech win

• With 903 receiving yards on the season, WR Jamison Crowder needs just 97 yards to post his second straight season with 1,000+ receiving yards ... Crowder currently ranks second in the ACC in receptions per game (7.44) and third in receiving yardage per game (100.33)

• This week’s game features two of the top five scoring offenses in the ACC ... Miami ranks third by averaging 35.00 points per game while Duke sits fifth with an average of 33.44 points per contest
