DURHAM -- As Duke prepares for the Chick-Fil-A Bowl on New Year's Eve against Johnny Manziel and the Texas A&M Aggies, the Blue Devil Network is taking a look back at the best plays from Duke's historic 2013 football season.
Each day leading up to the game, check back with GoDuke.com for another one of the moments that helped Duke to the first 10-win season in program history, and the school's first ACC Coastal Division championship.
Play number six takes us back to Winston-Salem where wide receiver Jamison Crowder added another long touchdown grab to his ever-growing resume. As part of a 10-catch, 121-yard performance, the junior caught a 58-yard touchdown pass from quarterback Anthony Boone to help Duke knock off in-state rival Wake Forest, 28-21.
That afternoon, Crowder would become only the second Duke receiver to record multiple seasons with at least 1,000 receiving yards. By season's end, Crowder would break several school records, including those for single-season receptions and single-season receiving yards.
