Atlanta, Ga. -- It’s not all hard work and no play during bowl week, and Duke got a chance to enjoy the lighter side of the postseason Thursday evening.
After an intense practice earlier in the day in the Georgia Dome, the football program and support staff had a chance to spend some time with friends and family at Dave and Busters as part of Chick-Fil-A Bowl Week.
Several Blue Devils tested their mettle at Guitar Hero, first event of the “Battle for Bowl Week”, a five-event challenge that pits several members of each team against each other throughout the course of the week for a chance to win bragging rights and the title belt that goes to the victor.
The Blue Devil Network caught up with redshirt senior defensive end Kenny Anunike after his turn on the stage and spoke to the All-ACC performer about the importance of spending time in a relaxed setting in the middle of such an intense week.
