Under head coach Mike Krzyzewski, Duke is 711-113 all-time against unranked teams, including 413-44 since the 1996-97 season. • Duke carried a 39-35 lead into halftime, marking the 22nd time this season Duke has led at the break. Duke has trailed at halftime just once in 24 games this season. • Duke used the starting lineup of Rodney Hood, Amile Jefferson, Jabari Parker, Tyler Thornton and Rasheed Sulaimon for the second straight game and third time this season. Parker has started all 24 games for Duke this season. • Duke played its 242nd consecutive game as a ranked team. The Blue Devils are 201-41 (.831) during that run, which began at the start of the 2007-08 season.
Quinn Cook • Hit 6-of-7 shots from the field and 5-of-6 from three-point range on the way to 21 points, his highest scoring output since a 22-point effort against Notre Dame in the ACC opener. The 20-point game was Cook’s fourth of the season. • Set a career high with five made three-pointers and hit a three-pointer in the 20th straight game. Cook’s 20-game streak is the second longest on the team, trailing only the 21-game tear by Rodney Hood. • Did not commit a turnover in 23 minutes of play for his fourth game this season with zero turnovers.
Rodney Hood • Scored nine points, marking the first time all season he finished back-to-back games with less than 10 points. Hood scored eight points against Wake Forest this past Tuesday. • Hit a three-pointer in the 21st straight game, the longest active streak on the team. Hood finished 2-of-4 from three-point range and is shooting .459 (50-of-109) from three-point range this season.
Jabari Parker • Logged his ACC-leading eighth double-double of the season with career highs of 29 points, 16 rebounds and 12 made field goals. The game was only Duke’s fourth 29-16 game in the Coach K era, joining Mark Alarie (Feb. 29, 1984), Christian Laettner (March 13, 1992) and Shelden Williams (March 16, 2006) as the only players to hit those benchmarks in a game since Coach K took over in 1980-81. • Recorded his 14th 20-point game of the season, tied for the fourth most by a freshman in ACC history alongside Tyler Hansbrough of North Carolina (2005-06). The ACC record for 20-point games by a freshman belongs to Kenny Anderson of Georgia Tech, who had 19 in 1989-90. • Led Duke in rebounding for the team-high 16th time this year. Parker is on pace to become the first freshman in Duke history to lead the team in both scoring and rebounding. • Sank 12-of-17 shots from the field, giving him a .741 (20-of-27) shooting percentage over his past two games. • Posted three blocks, increasing his team-leading total to 29. Parker has blocked three shots in four games this season.
Rasheed Sulaimon • Scored 10 points to record his 11th double-figure scoring game this season and ninth in the past 13 games. Sulaimon is averaging 11.2 points per game during that 13-game stretch. • Logged six assists and just one turnover, marking his sixth time in the past seven games with at least four assists. Sulaimon owns a 3:00: 1 (33:11) assist-to-turnover ratio during that stretch. • Knocked down 2-of-4 three-pointers, improving his three-point shooting percentage to .491 (27-of-55) on the season. Sulaimon is shooting .576 (19-of-33) from three-point range in ACC play.
Tyler Thornton • Dished out six assists with zero turnovers while hitting 2-of-4 three-pointers on the way to six points. • Logged his fourth straight game without a turnover. Thornton has contributed 13 assists during that stretch, including 11 in his past two games.
