2010: Listed as the starting left offensive guard ... prototypical offensive guard with size and strength ... gained valuable playing time in 2009 including five starting assignments ... continues to adapt to the offensive front after switching from the defensive line ... played defensive tackle his first three seasons in the Duke program ... tied for the top mark in the bench press (445 lbs.) lift while posting the fourth-best power clean total (313 lbs.) at the program’s post-spring practice evaluation.

2009: Played in all 12 games ... started five contests — N.C. Central, Virginia Tech, Georgia Tech, Miami and Wake Forest ... on the field for 417 total snaps including 361 offensive plays ... played a season-high 71 snaps against N.C.
