2012-13: Won the Virginia Tech Alumni Invitational to open the fall, garnering him ACC Performer of the Week accolades...Duke’s top finisher at the Panorama Farms Invitational, notching a personal-best time of 24:39.4 for 8K to finish 18th overall...followed up that performance with a 24:03.5 clocking two weeks later at the NCAA Pre-Nationals meet...scored for the Blue Devils at all three championship meets, including in a 39th-place finish at the NCAA Southeast Region Championships...named to the Cross Country All-ACC Academic squad.

2011-12: Made his Duke debut in the fall at the N.C. Central dual meet, where he finished second overall...Duke's fifth man at the Panorama Farms Invitational, placing 18th overall in 25:18.05...recorded a season-best time of 25:06.5 for 8K to come in 64th at the ACC Cross Country Championships...was the Blue Devils' top finisher at the Three Stripe Red Shirt Invitational, taking 11th overall...indoors, specialized in the 3,000m and 5,000m...set a personal best 14:27.88 in the 5,000m to finish seventh at the ACC Indoor Championships...outdoors, concentrated on the 3,000m steeplechase...broke the freshman record and with a time of 8:58.48 in a first-place finish at the Duke Invitational...that time placed him third on Duke's all-time list...finished ninth in the ACC Outdoor Championships after falling over one of the barriers...earned All-eEast honors by finishing seventh at the IC4A Championship...placed 24th at the NCAA First Round with a time of 9:00.35.

Prior to Duke: Four-year letterwinner at Charles W. Baker...state champion in the 3,000m steeplechase...three-time sectional champion in the same event...also won a sectional championship as a member of the 4x800m relay squad...finished third at the New York State Federation Cross Country Championships as a junior...member of the National Honor Society and Spanish National Honor Society...graduated as class salutatorian.
