2013: Fenced in the third most bouts on the saber squad, finishing 21-15...placed 20th at the Mid-Atlantic/South Regionals...fenced in four of five regular season meets, including the Philadelphia Invitational where he posted a career-best 9-6 record...also went 5-2 at the Penn State Duals and 5-1 at the Duke Home Meet...named to the ACC Academic Honor Roll for the second straight year.

2012: Named to ACC Academic Honor Roll...placed 26th at the Atlantic/South Regionals...posted a 21-18 record...helped lead the saber squad to a 21-7 record...went 6-1 at the Penn State Duals...posted a 6-1 record at the Duke Duals.

Prep: Four-time Southwest Sectional champion at Hebron High School...took third place in the Cadet section at the Columbus North American Cup and eighth place at the 2009 Summer Nationals...finished top 32 in the Junior category in Reno in 2011...president of the Hebron High School orchestra...member of the National Honor Society...performed in musical productions of Annie and Godspell...an Eagle Scout.

Personal: Born on April 17, 1992 in Carrollton, Texas...the son of Bert and Elizabeth Colter...his favorite athlete is Aldo Montano.
