In the fifth installment of the Blue Devil Vault, former Duke player and coach Johnny Dawkins sat down with the Blue Devil Network to talk about his Duke career. Dawkins, now the head coach at Stanford, was Duke's all-time leading scorer when he graduated in 1986. He held the top spot on that list until 2006 when J.J. Redick broke his scoring record. Dawkins was a member of three Duke NCAA Tournament teams, including the 1985-86 Final Four squad.
The Blue Devil Vault is a weekly series of interviews with former Duke players and others associated with the program during Duke basketball's decorated history. Be sure the check back every Thursday afternoon for a new episode.
