CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Duke signees Austin Rivers and Michael Gbinijie helped the East team defeat the West, 113-109, in the Jordan Brand Classic Saturday night in Charlotte, N.C.

Rivers shot just 4-of-15 from the field but finished with 16 points, six rebounds, four assists and four steals for a great all-around performance. He was able to get to the free throw line, converting 7-of-9 attempts in the game. Gbinijie added 10 points to his team's effort and was 4-of-12 from the field.

The two players will be freshmen for the Blue Devils next season along with Quinn Cook and Marshall Plumlee.
