Clemson 72, Duke 59

Team Notes:

•    Clemson held Duke to a season-low 59 points, marking only the second time this season Duke has scored less than 70 points. The 59 points are Duke’s lowest scoring output since a 62-59 loss to Florida State in the 2012 ACC Tournament.
•    Duke shot a season-low .339 (20-of-59) from the floor, marking the first time all season Duke shot under 40.0 percent. The 20 made field goals were also a season low.
•    Duke did not hit a field goal over the final 6:23 of the game, missing 11 consecutive field goals during that span.
•    Duke had a 20-point scorer for the 14th time in 16 games. Rodney Hood scored 20 points for his third straight 20-point game and eighth (plus one 30-point game) of the season. Duke has combined for 24 20-point games this season, including 10 from Jabari Parker, three from Quinn Cook and one apiece from Andre Dawkins and Rasheed Sulaimon.
•    Duke started 1-2 in ACC play for the first time since the 2006-07 season. The Blue Devils finished 8-8 in league play that year.
•    Three Clemson players – Jason Blossongame, K.J. McDaniels and Landry Nnoko – recorded double-doubles against Duke. Duke had allowed just two double-doubles all season entering the game.
•    Duke used the starting lineup of Quinn Cook, Rodney Hood, Amile Jefferson, Jabari Parker and Rasheed Sulaimon for the second straight game and sixth time this season. Cook and Parker have started all 16 games.
•    Duke lost to Clemson for the first time since a 74-47 loss in Clemson on Feb. 4, 2009, snapping a six-game win streak. The Blue Devils are 105-30 all-time against the Tigers, including a 51-12 mark under Coach K.
