DURHAM, N.C.—The Duke University wrestling team will have its duals at Purdue and Indiana broadcast live online by the Big Ten Digital Network. Duke will face the Boilermakers Nov. 16 at 2 p.m. in West Lafayette and then make the short trip to Bloomington the following day to take on the Hoosiers at 11 a.m.
Purdue and Indiana are the first two of four Big Ten opponents the Blue Devils will face during the 2013-14 season. Duke will host perennial power Ohio State and Northwestern in Card Gym Nov. 23 and Feb. 22.
Duke returns a talented lineup for the 2013-14 season, including NCAA qualifiers Brandon Gambucci and Conner Hartmann. The Blue Devils finished last year 9-10 overall – the most wins since the 2008-09 season.
The Blue Devils also welcome back starters Marcus Cain, Immanuel Kerr-Brown, Randy Roden, Trey Adamson, Dylan Ryan and Brian Self as well as a host of others who will crack into the starting 10 this season.
The entire team will get its first taste of action Nov. 10 at the Hokie Open. Duke makes its home debut against the preseason No. 10 Buckeyes Nov. 23 at 7 p.m.
