2012-13: Closed the cross country season by earning All-America honors with a 27th-place finish individually at the NCAA Championship...also guided the team to a seventh-place finish...took second at the NCAA Southeast Region Championship, clocking 20:14.48 over 6K to garner all-region recognition...earned All-ACC honors with a third-place showing at the conference meet...crossed the line in a personal-best 19:55 for 6K at the Wisconsin adidas Invitational for the first sub-20 minute clocking of her career...named ACC Performer of the Week Sept. 4 after winning the season-opening Virginia Tech Alumni Invitational...selected the ACC Scholar Athlete of the Year for women’s cross country...Indoors, specialized in the 5,000 meters running an ACC record time 15:49.45 at the 2013 NCAA Indoor Championships to finish seventh overall and earn First Team All-America honors…Earned her first ACC title in the same event, clocking a time of 16:15.83…excelled in the classroom, named to the Capital One Academic All-America® Division I Women’s Track and Field/Cross Country team and earned Academic All-District III honors and a slot on the All-ACC Indoor Academic Team…did not compete during the outdoor season.
2011-12: Did not compete during the cross country or indoor seasons...outdoors, earned second team All-America honors in the 10,000m with a 14th-place finish at the NCAA Outdoor Championships...finished sixth in the 10,000m at the ACC Outdoor Championships...earned All-East honors with a third-place finish in the 3,000m at the ECAC Championships...named to the ACC Academic Honor Roll.

2009-10: Completed a standout cross country season in the fall...finished 10th in 20:34.6 for 6K at the ACC Championships to earn All-ACC and conference Freshman of the Year honors...placed 10th at the NCAA Southeast Regional, garnering all-region accolades...at the NCAA Championships, came in 59th in 21:01.5 for 6K...named Duke Freshman of the Year...indoors, won the 3,000m at the Hokie Invite on Jan. 22, clocking 9:40.41...finished fifth at the ACC Indoor Championships in the same event with a season-best time of 9:36.40...helped the Blue Devil DMR squad to a second-place finish in the DMR at the conference championships, where the team clocked 11:37.57...outdoors, was an NCAA qualifier in the 5,000m, clocking a personal-best 16:24.13 to take first place at the Duke Twilight...placed fifth at the ACC Championships with a time of 16:55.11...finished eighth at the NCAA First Round, running 16:29.87...at the NCAA Championships in Eugene, Ore., came in 22nd place after covering 5,000m in 16:38.26.Prior to Duke: Two-time Delaware Runner of the Year for cross country...2009 Delaware Runner of the Year in both indoor and outdoor track...named 2009 Gatorade Delaware Runner of the Year...holds the state record for 5K and 10-mile in cross country as well as the 800m, mile, 3,000m, 4x800m, 4x1,600m and DMR in indoor track...set state records in outdoor track in the 1,600m, 3,000m, 3,200m, 4x800m, 4x1,600m and DMR...helped Tatnall qualify for the Nike Team Nationals for three years, finishing third in 2008.
