2013-14: Indoors, focused primarily on the middle distances, ran a season-best 800 time of 2:15.43 at the Virginia Tech Elite Meet (2/7)…placed second in the 1,000 at the Virginia Tech Challenge (2/22) in a time of 2:56.05…led off the second-place finishing 4x800 relay, which ran a season-best time of 8:57.51 at the Virginia Tech Elite Meet (2/8)…Outdoors, opened the season with a second-place finish in the 800 at the Carolina Relays (3/22)…acted as the leadoff leg for the 4x800 that placed 13th in a time of 9:08.93 at the Raleigh Relays (3/29)…did not compete during the 2013 cross country season.

2012-13: Finished seventh at the Virginia Tech Alumni Invitational while running unattached in her Duke cross country debut...posted a personal-best time of 18:05.0 over 5K at the Queens Royals XC Challenge...came in 76th at the ACC Championships (22:54.1)...selected team Freshman of the Year...did not compete during the 2012-2013 track season.

Prior to Duke: Four-year letterwinner in cross country and track & field at Cherry Creek High School...honorable mention all-state selection in cross country...guided her squad to a runner-up finish at the Roy Griak Invitational [Minn.] as a junior...also turned in an individual runner-up finish at the Griak...in track & field, anchored Cherry Creek's program record-breaking 4x800m relay that captured the state crown and earned all-state distinction her senior year...also at the state meet, took third in the 800m while helping her team place second overall...as a sophomore, won state titles in the 300m hurdles, 800m and as a member of the 4x800m relay...also finished third in the state in the 400m while leading Cherry Creek to a second-place showing as a team...state champion in the 300m hurdles as a rookie while also taking second in the 800m and third as a member of her squad's 4x800m relay...four-time team captain ...named her team's most valuable performer three times in cross country and three times in track & field...recipient of the Kirby E. Lyle Honor Athlete Award and the Faculty Honor Award for Honor Athlete...member of the National Honor Society, Spanish Honor Society, French Honor Society and the National Art Honor Society.
