DURHAM, N.C. – With voting for the 2013 WNBA All-Star Game open, former Duke women’s basketball standouts Lindsey Harding, Alana Beard and Monique Currie are among the players listed on the 2013 ballot.

Fans can vote on daily, as voting ends on July 17. The 2013 WNBA All-Star Game will be played Saturday, July 27 at 3:30 p.m., in Connecticut and will be aired nationally on ABC.

In her first season with the Sparks, Harding has averaged 14.1 points per game and is tied for second in the league dishing 5.3 assists per contest. A 2010 All-Star, Harding has registered two games with 20 or more points against Washington and Tulsa. She has scored double figures in seven of the eight games she has played this season.

A four-time WNBA All-Star, Beard is looking to make her first All-Star team since the 2009 campaign. In her second season with the Sparks, Beard is averaging 5.1 points per game and owns a .455 field goal percentage. She has scored double figures in two contests this season, including 11 points in her most recent game against Chicago on June 29.

Currie is looking to make the second WNBA All-Star team of her career, as she is averaging 13.1 points per game in 11 contests this season.  She has helped the Mystics equal last season’s five wins at the halfway point of the campaign. Currie, who was a 2010 WNBA All-Star, has scored in double figures in eight of the 11 games she has played this year, including a season-high 23 points on June 8 against Minnesota.
