Four Blue Devils Receive Degrees Sunday

DURHAM, N.C. – A total of four members of the Duke University women’s basketball program earned degrees from the institution Sunday.  

Receiving undergraduate degrees were Chelsea Gray (sociology),Richa Jackson (theatre studies), Haley Peters (political science) and Tricia Liston (psychology).  

The group of seniors helped lead the Blue Devils to a 120-20 overall record, 56-8 ACC mark, 59-5 record in Cameron Indoor Stadium, three ACC regular season titles, two ACC Championships, three NCAA Elite Eight appearances and four NCAA Tournament selections.

The foursome featured a 42-game home court winning streak against ACC opponents and were ranked in the top 10 of the Associated Press poll every week during their four-year career.  They combined for 5,026 points, 2,267 rebounds, 1,018 assists and 704 steals over their career.

As a team, Duke collected a 28-7 overall and 12-4 league mark in 2013-14.  The Blue Devils advanced to the NCAA Tournament second round and won the 2013 Paradise Jam title under head coach Joanne P. McCallie.
