DURHAM, N.C. -  Duke signees Alexis Jones and Sierra Moore are set to compete in the 2012 McDonald’s All-America game on Wednesday, March 28 at 7:00 p.m., live on ESPNU at the United Center in Chicago, Ill.

Jones, who is out of Irving MacArthur H.S., in Texas, averaged 25.2 points, 8.0 rebounds, 6.5 assists, and 4.8 steals. In leading MacArthur to a 35-3 record, Jones had 20 double-doubles, and four triple-doubles this season.

A product of Delone Catholic H.S., Moore averaged 24.5 points, 9.4 rebounds, 3.9 assists and 2.6 steals through 26 games.  She was the 2011-12 Gatorade Pennsylvania Girls Basketball Player of the Year.

With the two selections, Duke has notched 19 McDonald’s All-America honorees since they started having a women’s game in 2002.
