With the Duke Victory… • Improved to 25-4 overall and 12-3 in the ACC. • Won its 40th straight contest against Wake Forest. • Secured the No. 2 seed in the upcoming ACC Tournament and will play in the quarterfinals on Friday, March 7 at 6:00 p.m., at the Greensboro Coliseum. • Posted its 16th straight 25 win season. • Moved the all-time series record to 58-16 in favor of the Blue Devils. • Joanne P. McCallie moved to 96-8 overall in Cameron Indoor Stadium since joining the Blue Devils in 2007-08. • Moved to 12-3 this season at home.
Senior Tricia Liston • Tallied 10 points over 31 minutes of action. • With her two three-pointers made, moved into a tie for 10th place on the ACC career three-pointers made list with 241.
Sophomore Alexis Jones • Had surgery on her left ACL today and missed her first game of the season.
Senior Haley Peters • Notched a season-high 22 points, pulled down eight rebounds, four steals and three assists. • With her eight rebounds, moved into ninth place on Duke’s all-time rebounding list with 782.. • Collected double-figure scoring for only the second time out of the last five contests. • Tied a career high with four steals.
Junior Elizabeth Williams • Notched 10 points, five rebounds, three assists and three blocks. • With her three blocks, moved into sixth place on the Duke single-season blocks list with 82. • Moved into 12th place on the Duke rebounding list with 734.
Redshirt Freshman Amber Henson • Made her fourth start of the season and fourth of her career. • Had two points, four rebounds, two blocks and one steal in 16 minutes.
Senior Richa Jackson • Posted 15 points, three assists and two rebounds.
Freshman Oderah Chidom • Collected a game-high 12 rebounds and scored nine points. • Blocked three shots in 27 minutes. • Pulled down eight offensive rebounds, which ranks tied for seventh on the Duke single game charts. • Collected double-digit rebounds for the third time this year.
Other Duke Notes… • As a team, the Blue Devils blocked 10 shots marking the fifth time this year with 10 or more swats in a game. • Hit 56.0 percent from the field for the game, including 58.3 percent in the second half. • From three-point range hit only 3-of-12 for 25.0 percent. • Dished only 11 assists on 28 baskets. • Will conclude the regular season on Sunday, March 2 with a 1:00 p.m., tip at 14th-ranked North Carolina.
