Capuano exited the game on Sept. 6 against the Cincinnati Reds following just 1.2 innings pitched. The left-handed pitcher suffered a mild left groin strain and has been listed as day-to-day. Capuano struck out two batters and walked one before leaving the game. The Springfield, Mass., native threw a bullpen session on Tuesday and may be available to pitch for the Los Angeles Dodgers as early as this weekend. The Dodgers clinched the National League West division and remain 11 games ahead of the Arizona Diamondbacks.

Burke recorded his third loss of the season after allowing the game-winning run in the bottom of the tenth against the Cincinnati Reds Sept. 23.

Following a game against the Los Angeles Angels Sept. 16, Freiman suffered a strained abdomen and has been listed as day-to-day. The first baseman hit off a tee without pain on Wednesday and may be available to play for the Oakland Athletics this upcoming weekend. The Athletics clinched the American League West and sit 6.5 games ahead of the Texas Rangers.

The first baseman saw the most success at the plate early in the season, notching a .317 average in the month of April and a .264 average prior to the all-star break. Gallagher ended the season ranked tied for fifth among the Knights with 39 runs scored.

Hassan excelled for the Pawtucket Red Sox in 2013. The Quincy, Mass., native concluded the season with a .321 average. Hassan hit exceptionally well at home, with a .363 average while also driving in 15 runs and scoring 12. Hassan concluded the season with 60 hits and 14 doubles. The outfielder missed time in August after suffering a fractured finger on a failed bunt attempt on Aug. 15.

Kremer also excelled in the field, concluding the season with a .986 fielding percentage.

Lemmerman closed his fourth minor league season with 71 hits on 308 at bats. The shortstop finished fourth on the Springfield Cardinals both in doubles, with 16, and in walks, with 55. The shortstop also tied for third on the team with one triple. Lemmerman utilized his speed on the base paths in 2013, stealing 11 bases on 12 attempts.

Pensacola struggled in the Southern League South region, placing last in the standings with a 59-79 record.

McCurdy appeared in nine games with the Corpus Christi Hooks, recording three hits on 22 at-bats. While with the Lancaster Jethawks, McCurdy hit a .254 average in 24 games and 71 at-bats. A product of Tampa, Fla., McCurdy batted in eight runners for the Jethawks.

Following the all-star break, the right-hander dropped his ERA from 4.65 to 2.76 and walked just 12 batters in the process.

The Doylestown, Pa., native dominated right-handed hitters, with batters on the right side of the plate hitting just .067 off Putnam.
