2014: Started on Duke’s first midfield line in all 20 games … USILA First Team All-America selection … All-ACC and ACC All-Tournament Team recognition … Ranked second on the team in scoring with 38 goals and 27 assists for 65 points … The 65 points are the most by a Duke midfielder in program history … Was a key component of Duke’s highest scoring midfield in history … Registered his first career hat trick with three goals in the 14-10 win over No. 4 Denver (2/15) … Had a breakout game with six goals and four assists for 10 points in 21-7 win over Syracuse (3/23) to earn ACC Offensive Player of the Week honors … The 10 points were just one point shy of tying the school single-game record … Threw in five goals at Notre Dame (4/5) and registered a pair of tallies and three assists in the victory at Virginia (4/11) … Also had hat tricks against Syracuse (4/25) in the ACC Tournament and again in the NCAA semifinal victory over Denver (5/24) … Tallied five goals on NCAA Championship weekend, including a pair in the title game against Notre Dame, to earn a spot on the NCAA All-Tournament Team … Finished the year with five hat tricks and three-plus points in 13 outings … Averaged 2.46 goals and 3.91 points in his final 11 games of the season … All-ACC Academic Team … ACC Academic Honor Roll.
