The Opening Tip
• The Blue Devils are ranked No. 2 in the AP Poll and No. 1 in the USA Today Coaches Poll. Duke is 113-16 all-time when ranked No. 2 in the AP Poll.
• The Blue Devils have been ranked in the AP Top 10 for 108 consecutive weeks and in the top five for 13 consecutive weeks.
• Duke is playing its 200th straight game as a top-10 team in the AP poll. Duke is 167-32 in that span.
• Duke is 12-0 in Cameron Indoor Stadium this season. Duke has won its first 12 games at home in five of the last six seasons.
• Duke is one of only two teams in the country ranked in the top five in the AP and Coaches polls, the NCAA RPI and SOS rankings.

The Last Time Out
Mason Plumlee hit 3-of-4 free throws in the final 47 seconds to overcome a 61-59 deficit and lift Duke past Boston College, 62-61, in Chestnut Hill, Mass., Sunday. Plumlee finished with 19 points and 10 rebounds.
• Duke trailed 61-56 with 2:15 remaining in the game, but Quinn Cook hit a three-pointer with under two minutes to play that put Duke within two points.
• Plumlee grabbed two rebounds in the final minute – including one offensive rebound – and was fouled by Boston College on both.
Seth Curry scored 18 points on 6-of-12 shooting. Both he and Plumlee played a team-high 38 minutes in the game.

Numbers Game
• Duke, ranked No. 2 in the latest AP Poll, has been ranked in the top 10 of the poll 108 consecutive weeks. The last time Duke was not ranked in the top 10 was Nov. 19, 2007.
• Duke is one of only two teams in the top five in the Associated Press Poll (No. 4), Coaches Poll (No. 4), NCAA RPI (No. 1) and Strength of Schedule index (No. 2). Miami is the only other team in the country in the top five in all four.
• Duke is 5-0 in games that are within one possession inside the final three minutes of the game. Duke has defeated No. 3 Kentucky (75-68), No. 2 Louisville (76-71), No. 4 Ohio State (73-68), Wake Forest (75-70) and Boston College (62-61) in those games, four of which have been on the road or at neutral sites.
• Duke leads the ACC in three-point percentage (.409) and three-point field goals per game (7.7 3pg.). The .409 clip would rank as the third-best in school history.
• Head coach Mike Krzyzewski is just one win shy of tying Adolph Rupp for the third most career victories at one school. Krzyzewski is 875-234 (.789) all-time as Duke’s head coach.
• Duke owns a 1.42:1 assist-to-turnover ratio, which would best the school record of 1.32:1 set by the 2000-01 NCAA Championship team.
Seth Curry averages 16.0 points and 3.6 made three-pointers per game in his career against North Carolina. He shot .529 (18-for-34) from three-point range in those five meetings and hit multiple three-pointers in every game. Curry has scored in double figures in all five meetings against the Tar Heels with two 20-point games.
• Duke has four players shooting over 40.0 percent from three-point range: Ryan Kelly (.521, 25-of-48), Quinn Cook (.422, 38-of-90) Seth Curry (.419, 57-of-136) and Rasheed Sulaimon (.404, 36-of-89). The only time in school history Duke had three players shoot .400 or better from three-point range (minimum 25 made 3-pointers) was in the 1991-92 season (Christian Laettner, Bobby Hurley, Thomas Hill).
• With 11.8 points, 6.0 assists and 4.0 rebounds per game, Quinn Cook is attempting to join Dick Groat (1952), Jason Williams (2000, 2001) and Chris Duhon (2004) as the only Duke players to average at least 10.0 points, 6.0 assists and 4.0 rebounds per game.
• With 18.2 points and 10.7 rebounds per game, Mason Plumlee is one of 14 players in the country averaging a double-double.

Duke-North Carolina Series History
• Duke and North Carolina have met 234 times with North Carolina holding a 132-102 lead in the series. Duke is 37-37 against North Carolina under head coach Mike Krzyzewski.
• The series began on Jan. 24, 1920 and is the third most played series in Duke basketball history. North Carolina won the first meeting 36-25.
• Duke is 50-46 at home against the Tar Heels and 40-35 in Cameron Indoor Stadium.
• Duke is 19-11 against North Carolina since the 1999-2000 season.
• The Blue Devils have won five of the last seven meetings against the Tar Heels.
• Neither team has won both regular season meetings in the same season since the 2008-09 season.
• The home team is 5-9 in the series since the 2006-07 season.
