2010: Started all 20 games on defense … USILA All-America second team … picked fourth in the Major League Lacrosse draft … also voted to the All-ACC squad and was a Tewaaraton Trophy nominee … led all Blue Devils with a career-high 105 ground balls and 32 caused turnovers … added five goals and three assists on offense … picked up at least one loose ball in all 20 contests and had 10 games with five-plus … tallied first career hat trick in win over Penn State (3/20) … also had goals against Notre Dame (2/20) and Brown (3/30) … corralled 10 ground balls in victory at Loyola (3/13) and against in the ACC Semifinal versus Virginia (4/23) … forced a season-best four turnovers in four games … chipped in an assist and six ground balls in regular season win over No. 1 Virginia (4/17) … caused three turnovers and picked up 10 ground balls in triumph at Loyola (3/13) … selected to the USILA Scholar All-America squad … also earned All-ACC Academic recognition … played in 59 games and started 40 in his career … finished with 313 ground balls, eight goals, five assists and 13 points.
2009: Played in all 19 games, starting 18 … USILA All-America second team … helped anchor defense that allowed 8.42 goals per game … ranked second on the team in ground balls with 93 … was a major part of Duke’s faceoff success on the wing … picked up a career-high 14 ground balls against Navy (5/9) in the first round of the NCAA Tournament … added 12 grounders to his total in quarterfinal win over North Carolina (5/17) … registered at least one ground ball in all 19 games and had at least five 12 times.
2008: USILA Honorable Mention All-America selection ... ACC All-Tournament choice ... played in and started 19 contests ... finished third on the team with 72 ground balls ... ranked fourth in the ACC in ground balls per game (3.79) ... credited for a career-high 10 ground balls against Army (4/19) .... logged five or more grounders in five of the last seven games of the year ... had nine ground balls during the ACC Tournament as Duke captured its second straight title ... handed out an assist against Maryland (3/1) and scored one goal versus Johns Hopkins (4/3) ... pivotal force as Duke paced the ACC and ranked eighth in the nation in scoring defense (8.30) ... named to the Academic All-ACC team.
2007: Played in all 20 games with one start ... scored two goals ... logged 43 ground balls including 15 in four NCAA Tournament games ... had a season-high six grounders versus Providence (5/12) ... scored first collegiate goal against St. Joseph’s (3/6) ... also tallied a goal in Duke’s win over Cornell in the national semifinals (5/26) ... helped Duke lead the ACC in scoring and man-down defense ... ACC All-Academic Team choice.
