DURHAM, N.C. – Nine members of the Duke men’s and women’s swimming and programs received degrees from Duke University Sunday, May 11.

Receiving bachelor’s degrees were Jonathan Derlath (evolutionary anthropology), Tyler Fleming (biology), Kelly Hagerty (psychology), Eneka Lamb (Program II: Global Perspectives of Maternal & Child Health), Tricia Leeson (public policy studies), Nick McCrory (religion), Sarah Soltis (art history/history), Lauren Weaver (evolutionary anthropology) and Christine Wixted (sociology).

“We are incredibly proud of the class of 2014,” said head coach Dan Colella. “We appreciate all their dedication over the last four years and we are going to miss them.  Good luck in the next chapter of life!  We know you are going to be great success stories.”

The class of 2014 played an instrumental role in guiding the Duke programs to increased success over the past four seasons. Their performances in the pool and on the diving boards have helped the Blue Devils establish themselves as contenders in the ACC and on the national level, sending representatives to the NCAA Championship all four years.
