2013-14: Surpassed his personal record in the 400 IM with a time of 4:03.87 at the Cavalier Invitational … Season-best in the 1,000 freestyle was a 10:02.87 mark against North Carolina.
2012-13: Tapped the wall in a personal-best time of 4:06.33 in the 400 IM at the Cavalier Invite ... Also posted season bests in the 500 freestyle (4:40.60) and the 1,650 freestyle (16:02.90) at that meet.
2011-12: Opened the season with a third-place showing in the 1,650 freestyle at Maryland ... Took third in the 1,000 freestyle against Clemson while also grabbing a new personal best at 9:51.08 ... Notched another personal best a week later with a 4:08.91 performance in the 400 IM at the Virginia Tech Invitational ... Finished 11th in the 500 freestyle in a season-best 4:41.64.
2010-11: Made his Duke debut against UNC Wilmington, taking fourth in the 1,650 freestyle and sixth in the 500 freestyle ... Placed second in the 1,000 freestyle in the home opener against Maryland ... Dropped nearly 31 seconds off his 1,650 freestyle performance at the Nike Cup Invitational from his first collegiate performance ...
