2011-12 (Freshman): Completed his first season at Duke with a 26-11 record in singles and a team-leading mark of 30-10 in doubles ... the 30 doubles wins are the fourth-most all-time among Blue Devil freshmen and gave him the eighth-highest doubles winning percentage on the program's freshman charts (.750) ... currently ranks sixth on the program's all-time list for highest doubles winning percentage in a career (.750, 30-10) ... went 7-2 in ACC singles contests as a rookie while teaming with Cale Hammond for an 8-2 mark in conference doubles matches ... he and Hammond rank tied for ninth on Duke's all-time chart for most ACC doubles victories as a team with eight ... the duo's eight ACC doubles wins are also tied for the third most all-time on the program's single-season list ... shares the program record for most ACC doubles wins as a freshman (8) ... with Hammond, compiled a 4-1 ledger at the No. 2 doubles position and a 5-1 mark at the No. 3 spot ... the tandem won nine consecutive doubles matches from March 11 to Apr. 8, including eight straight in ACC play ... he and Hammond secured the doubles point for Duke twice during that stretch, including in a 6-1 victory over No. 8 California ... also paired with Torsten Wietoska for a 16-5 doubles record, including a 14-3 ledger from the No. 3 position ... he and Wietoska topped No. 29 Andrew Butz and Bob van Overbeek of Florida, 8-6, at the ITA National Team Indoor Championships on Feb. 19 ... the duo won seven consecutive matches at the No. 3 spot from Jan. 28 to Feb. 17 ... he and Wietoska also closed the season on a four-match win streak, going 4-0 in NCAA Tournament doubles action ... completed the dual match season with a 19-5 record, including a 16-2 ledger at the No. 5 slot in the lineup ... went 3-5 against ranked singles opponents, highlighted by a 6-3, 6-4 victory over No. 51 Yannick Hanfmann of Southern California in the NCAA Tournament quarterfinals ... clinched two Duke victories on the season, including a 6-1 win over No. 30 Notre Dame on Feb. 5 ... started the spring on a 7-0 win streak from the No. 5 and 6 singles positions ... earned his first singles victory in the Blue Devils' first dual match of the season, topping Alex Buzzi of No. 32 Michigan, 6-3, 6-4, at the No. 6 spot in the lineup ... went 7-6 in fall singles action after earning the No. 6 ranking in the ITA's preseason newcomer list ... advanced to the semifinals of the qualifying stage in singles at the ITA All-American Championships before falling to No. 85 Kevin King of Georgia Tech, 6-4, 6-1 ... paired with Wietoska for a 2-1 doubles record during the fall ... also teamed with Fred Saba for a 5-3 mark ... with Saba, ranked as high as No. 40 on the ITA's doubles list ... he and Saba won a doubles title at the Fab Four Invite, defeating Louisville's Sebastian Stiefelmeyer and Andrew Carter, 8-3, in the championship match ... the duo also reached the finals of the qualifying stage at the ITA All-American Championships ... with Saba, defeated one ranked doubles pair in an 8-4 victory over No. 20 Emmett Egger and Kyle McMorrow of Washington ... named to the All-ACC Academic Team and the ACC Academic Honor Roll.

Prior to Duke: Ranked the No. 6 overall freshman/newcomer by the ITA ... currently ranked No. 20 in Switzerland ... in April 2011, earned a No. 1125 ATP ranking ... reached the quarterfinals of the ITF Future Fällanden and earned two ATP points ... earned his first ATP point in 2010 at the ITF Future tournament in Ueberlingen ... won the junior trophy at the Mercedes Cup in Stuttgart in 2009 ... defeated ATP No. 655-ranked player at the ITF Future tournament in 2009 ... semifinalist at the ITF U-18's in Leuggern in 2009 ... was a finalist at the ITF U18's in Luzern in the summers of 2007 and 2008 ... two-time participant in the international masters of the Nike Junior Tour in South Africa in 2003 and France in 2005.
